Chocolate with an extra ingredient
The secret to our chocolate is just like a homemade meal: made with love. That’s why we partner with small artisan workshops across Spain. Starting with the finest raw ingredients, our bars are crafted using traditional production methods passed down through generations.
The process begins with a blend of key ingredients: cocoa paste, cocoa butter, and sugar. Depending on the recipe, we add milk powder, orange, salt, or almonds.
Then comes the conching stage, where the chocolate is slowly stirred to refine its texture and flavor through aeration. Finally, the chocolate is poured into molds and tempered to achieve the perfect shine and snap.
