What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your order by credit/debit card, Bizum, and PayPal.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €49.50 (10 chocolate bars). For smaller orders, shipping costs €5.50 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside of Spain.
How long does shipping take?
To ensure the product arrives in good condition, we only ship from Monday to Wednesday, with delivery taking 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday for the reasons mentioned above.
How is my order shipped?
Our chocolate bars are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. During the summer months, we use refrigerated shipping to prevent high temperatures from spoiling the chocolate. We work with Seur.
What if I'm not at the delivery address?
If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the nearest pick-up point to the delivery address. During the summer, the carrier will store it refrigerated again and may attempt a second delivery.
Can I make a change, return, or cancellation?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept changes, returns, or cancellations once the purchase is completed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming it.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your purchase, you have 5 days to request a return by email, stating the reason and the invoice number. If there was a mistake in the items sent, the return must be approved by FOLCS and the items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
Can I place a large order for a celebration or event?

How can I order if I live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside of Spain?
